The word metanoia literally means transcendence of the mind. Leader "turnabouts" is the "reversal of oneself and of one's life".  Having a metanoia experience, leaders make an intentional change in their personal behavior and begin to influence the work place to a higher level of productivity, loyalty, and commitment: this is called spiritual community.
